Ravenhurst is the co-developer and project manager on this $300 million urban mixed-use project just a few blocks outside downtown Seattle.

Darrell Vange identified the opportunity, devised the project concept and tied up the site, then teamed up with TRF Pacific as the development partner. The project includes 630,000 SF of retail on three levels, 550 mixed-income housing units, a new Goodwill Industries headquarters and retail store, and 2200 parking stalls on a 10 acre site.
